      I am a loyal user of the Spark 20 Pro Plus (Model: KJ7), and I am writing this feedback with a mixture of frustration, disappointment, and hope.

      For weeks, I have been waiting patiently for the HiOS 15 update. Many users with similar models have already received it, yet my device still shows no sign of OTA rollout. I understand that updates are released in batches, but the lack of clear communication, no official schedule, and no update tracking system for users like me is extremely frustrating.

      I have checked manually every single day, and the wait has now turned into disappointment. I sincerely hope TECNO values all of its users equally and ensures updates reach everyone fairly and without such delay.

      Please improve your transparency and consider releasing an official IMEI-wise update progress tracker, so users are not left in confusion and anger.

      I saw on the official update list that the Spark 30C (KL5s) is confirmed to receive the HiOS 15 update, but so far I haven’t received any update notification on my device.

      I would like to kindly ask when the HiOS 15 / Android 15 update will be available for the Spark 30C in my region (Mozambique).

      Could you please confirm an estimated rollout date or schedule?

  14. I am a Tecno Spark 20 Pro+ (KJ7) user. We’ve been hearing about the HiOS 15 update for months, yet even in mid-to-late June, there’s no OTA rollout for us. Every time, it’s just “wave-based rollout” excuses.

    As a Nigeria server-locked user, it feels like we’re being ignored. Why are Spark 10, 30, Camon series getting updates while Spark 20 Pro+ is left out? Do we not matter?

    If you have no plan to release the update, say it directly. We users are not foolish — we understand where you’re putting this rollout.

    Please release the HiOS 15 OTA update immediately for KJ7 (Build: KJ7-H895MNOAk-U-OP-250423V2155), or many of us will reconsider ever trusting Tecno again.
